Founded in Lagos in 2007, Valinno Systems designs, builds and supports software that helps hospitality and retail businesses run efficiently, accountably and profitably.
Our story
Valinno Systems began in 2007 with a simple observation: Nigerian hotels, restaurants and retailers were running on software that was not built for them. It was expensive to buy, hard to support, and blind to how businesses here actually work.
We set out to build the alternative: software designed for local operations, gathering each organisation’s data into one company-wide source of truth, and supported by people a phone call away. The Biz Edge product line grew from that work, and hospitality specialism became Biodux.
Today software built and supported by the group runs in more than 1,000 installations across Nigeria and West Africa, and MEAA Group Ltd represents Biz Edge in the United Kingdom.

A software company in Ikeja sets out to build business software designed for Nigerian hotels, restaurants and retailers, and to support it locally.

BizEdge® becomes a registered trademark
The BizEdge mark is registered in Nigeria in Class 42 for software design and development (RTM 57263).
2025
Registered with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission
Valinno Systems is registered as a Data Controller/Processor of Major Importance under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
2026
A new generation of cloud, mobile and open data
Waiter tablet apps, a QR digital menu, customer display screens and a merchant Data API extend the platform beyond the counter.
